Denhu Mudra is the mudra of enrichment and purity. To practice this mudra, cross the pointer finger and middle finger of the left hand. Keep the pinky and ring fingers together on both hands. Then interlace the right and left hand by opening the fingers like Spock fingers and pressing the webbing between the middle and ring fingers together of both hands. Lastly, rotate the right thumb down, interlace right and left thumbs, twisting upward to wrap thumbs and draw wrists forward.

Hridaya Mudra is the mudra that connect us to our hearts and more specifically our spiritual hearts. To practice this mudra, curl the index finger into the base of thumb, by the lower thumb joint i.e. metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint of the thumb. Next connect the middle and ring fingers to the thumb tips. Lastly extend the pinky fingers and join them together at the pinky fingertips.

The closed circle of the thumb and index finger represents the unification of Atman, the individual soul with Brahman, the world soul. Jnana mudra is distinguished from chin mudra, by pointing your fingers toward the sky. Chin mudra is practiced the same way by joining the index finger and thumb, but the extended fingers point toward the earth.
