Vajrapradama Mudra

Vajrapradama Mudra is the mudra of unshakable trust. To practice this mudra, interlace all fingers except for the thumbs and then connect the thumbs to one another. You should practice this mudra in front of your anahata chakra or your heart energy center.

Vajrapradama mudra can be especially beneficial in times of self-doubt. Having trust, builds our self-confidence. This mudra connects us with the most trustworthy source: our higher self, our buddhi, our divinity. Each one of us is a reflection of mahat, cosmic consciousness. Therefore we all are divine and god-like.

I am creation of the greatest omnipotence, whose strength and power lovingly support me at all times.
— Affirmation from Gertrud Hirschi's "Mudras: Yoga in your Hands"

QOTD: “When was there a time in your life that you needed to find trust?” (3/4/2016) Tonight was my first night DJing at an event. When the night first started my hands were shaking and I was feeling so nervous. I had to surrender and trust in my ability to get the party started. As the dance floor started to fill in I couldn't help but smile from ear-to-ear. Throughout the night different people came up to compliment me. Their compliments meant so much to me. I heard four different people tell me that I was the best DJ ever! It was such a rush! I absolutely loved DJing the party tonight. It was a high. I felt all swimmy and elated. I've always shied away from being a real DJ aside from just on the radio. When I was asked to participate, I wasn't sure and my husband said "DO IT!" I'm so glad I trusted him. I feel amazing right now.
