Bhramara Mudra

Bhramara Mudra is known as the bee mudra. To practice this mudra, curl your index finger into the base of your thumb and touch the tip of your thumb to the side of your middle finger. Then extend your ring and pinky fingers. Do this with each hand and practice 4 times a day for 7 minutes. This mudra is beneficial for allergies.
