Mahasirs Mudra

Mahasirs Mudra is known as the mudra for the head. To practice this mudra, allow the tips of your thumb, index finger and middle finger, touch each other. Then place your ring finger into the fold of the thumb and keep your pinkie finger extended. Do this with each hand and practice 3 times a day for 6 minutes. While exhaling, imagine that waves of energy are flowing down from your head through your neck, back, arms and legs and leaving through your hands and feet. This mudra is beneficial for headaches.

I have a free, light, clear and cool head.
