Marma points are energy points on the surface of the body used in Ayurveda as both a diagnostic tool and a pathway to promoting health, healing and rejuvenation. In this meditation practice, we will be directing our attention to different points on the body. Through focused concentration as well as breath, we will feel progressive relaxation throughout the body and the mind.
