/Spiced Carrots
Ingredients:
½ lb. organic carrots
1-3 tbsp oil or ghee
½ tsp Thai basil, dried
½ tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Melt coconut oil and add spices and salt
to melted oil. Pour oil over carrots and stir to coat.
3. Put in pyrex baking pan or cookie sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
