Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup milk/mylk
3 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
¼-½ tsp sweetener
1 date, chopped small
¼ tsp spices (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg & clove)
¼ tsp vanilla

Directions:
In a mason jar, combine all ingredients together and cover with lid. Shake vigorously. Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy with a sprinkle of granola on top.
