Ingredients:
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp brown mustard seeds
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Toast and grind each seed separately.
2. Then combine together with the turmeric and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle this spice on vegetables prior to roasting.
