Ingredients:
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup filtered water
2 tsp tamari
1 tsp sunflower nut butter
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor.
2. Pulse until all ingredients are combined and creamy.
3. Serve atop a salad or as a dressing for cooked vegetables.
