Featured Ayurvedic Recipe: Fall Spice Blend

Fall Spice Blend

Ingredients:
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
¼ tsp cardamom powder

Directions:
Dry roast seeds in a pan. Crush seeds in mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.

Doshic Considerations

  • VATA: enjoy as is

  • PITTA: enjoy as is

  • KAPHA: substitute fenugreek seeds for fennel seeds
