After taking my first class last year, an Ayurvedic cooking class, I have continued to attend her workshops as she is a wealth of knowledge, a kind soul and has helped me integrate Ayurveda in my life. Nothing but great things to say. I am grateful she is in Cleveland!
— J. Y.
The Ayurveda & Yoga For Anxiety Workshop was incredibly educational and therapeutic. I arrived feeling very stressed from various events of the day, and left feeling relaxed and centered. When we arrived to the Five Prana space, it was warm and dimly lit; by the time the class was wrapping up, I was so enveloped in the relaxation of the session that I hadn’t noticed that the sun had almost set, and there was just barely an edge of light illuminating the room. The energy was so peaceful.

I haven’t done much yoga before, but this workshop made me want to both attend more Five Prana workshops as well as incorporate yoga into my lifestyle in general. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about yoga or the Ayurvedic lifestyle, I found it especially helpful that we were given packets of information to leave the class with – thus giving us the tools to continue our therapy after the session. And I’m looking forward to using the beautiful-smelling Massage Oil that we were given as well.

Thank you, Marissa, for such a rewarding workshop.
