The Five Prana Ayurveda cookbook self-published by author Marissa Mele, owner of Five Prana Ayurveda. The booklet was created as a companion piece to "The Five Prana Ayurveda Cooking Workshop Series." The 4 part series covers:

About the Author
Marissa Mele is the owner of Five Prana Ayurveda and completed her Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certification with Dr. Lina Thakar of the Ayurvedic Integrative Wellness Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. She also completed an Ayurvedic Body Therapies certification with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center at the Sivananda Yoga Camp Ashram in Paradise Island, Bahamas. She was trained and certified in Ayurvedic Body Therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana and Naysa. She is also a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Her passion for cooking and healthy eating has been greatly influenced by the tenets of Ayurveda and she relishes sharing her Ayurvedic knowledge with you.
