This is the second time I've had the pleasure of speaking with Zen Jenn of the Planet Prana Podcast. This episode dives deeper into the subject of Ayurveda and I explain the Pancha Mahabhutas or Five Great Elements. I share more in-depth information about the five elements and how they correlate to the Dosha and the seasons of the year. I also share Ayurvedic tips to stay balanced in the Spring and Summer months. At the end of the discussion, I spoke about my recent experience on a Spirit Quest where I drove across the country by myself for five weeks with mindful intention to practice yoga at every stop, to connect with nature, to connect with small town America, to release some lingering fear I had been holding onto and all with the mindset of a positive mental attitude.
