Let us guide you through the process of incorporating Ayurvedic principles into your life. While our Ayurvedic Consultations are holistic and can be stand-alone services, you may wish you to dive deeper and have more one-on-one guidance. Choose from one of our Wellness Coaching offerings to immerse yourself in the teachings of Ayurveda and receive specialized advice and instruction to address your unique dosha and doshic imbalances.

Ayurveda is not “one size fits all.” Each person is an individual with their own unique combination of the three dosha. Because of this, specialized guidance is highly recommended. After you have received your initial Ayurvedic Consultation, we will monitor your progress through one of our Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching offerings. Choose from a 3 or 6 month program, where we will meet twice per month to refine, reformulate and revise the Ayurvedic protocols based on how your body/mind is reacting and adapting. Choosing one of our Wellness Coaching programs will help you to navigate the teachings and recommendations of Ayurveda with more personalized guidance. This will also allow you to make gradual, long-lasting changes to your lifestyle and diet. We will keep you on track as well as give you individualized advice as you incorporate Ayurvedic principles into your daily life.

These programs are for clients who are looking to immerse themselves in the Ayurvedic lifestyle. During each session, you will walkthrough your personalized Ayurvedic recommendations with us by your side. As we guide you through the Ayurvedic principles at each session, you will learn hands-on techniques and receive individualized private classes in Ayurvedic cooking; yoga, pranayama, meditation and mantra; Dinacharya, the Ayurvedic daily routine; and Ayurvedic skincare and haircare. This program takes our Ayurvedic Consultations to the next level by teaching you how to incorporate your personalized Ayurvedic recommendations into your life. Each sessions is specialized to meet your wellness goals as well as your unique dosha and doshic imbalances.

The Five Prana Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching programs are meant to assist you with making enduring, lifelong changes to your health. These programs are highly customized to meet your individual intentions, needs, and wellness goals. It is our mission to provide you with a personalized experience. Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching

Our 3 month Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching programs include 6 personalized 60 minute sessions. The first month’s sessions focuses on food, diet, nutrition, and recipes. We will have mini-cooking demonstrations where you will make ghee (this can be adapted for any vegan clients who wish to not make ghee), a personalized, dosha-pacifying spice mix, as well as dosha-balancing tea blend that you can enjoy at each session as well as at home. You will also be presented with the Five Prana Cookbook ($15 value), seasonal grocery lists, as well as a list of pantry, kitchen and cookware staples to incorporate into your home cooking routine. At the second month’s sessions, we will have private yoga, pranayama and mediation classes. This includes a customized yoga sequence, specifically chosen mantra, as well as specialized pranayama (breathing) exercises and meditation practice. Our third month’s sessions focuses on Dinacharya or the Ayurvedic Daily Routine. You will be presented with a Five Prana Dinacharya Kit ($85 value). We will also make personalized Ayurvedic skincare products together so that you can infuse your own beautiful energy into your creations.

Our 6 month Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching programs dive even deeper into the Ayurvedic lifestyle. During these additional 6 monthly sessions, we will continue to monitor your progress and refine the recommendations as needed. At each bi-monthly session, we will introduce a new Ayurvedic principle which you will incorporate into your routine. At the subsequent sessions, we will discuss the challenges and successes you had with each Ayurvedic principle and make any changes based on your body/mind incorporated these new protocols. These programs are meant to be adaptive and highly personalized based on your feedback. Each person will find that they need to walk their own Ayurvedic path, so these meetings are meant to shift and change until the most optimal Ayurvedic routine is reached. These remaining 6 sessions are meant for YOU to choose what Ayurvedic topics you would like to learn more in-depth. This includes Ayurvedic cooking, Ayurvedic yoga, Ayurvedic skincare and more. We want to you have the most personalized experience possible, so we value and welcome your feedback on what you want to learn more about.

All Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching programs includes a Five Prana Dinacharya Kit ($85 value) including personalized, handmade Abhyanga oil (value $25); the Five Prana Cookbook ($15 value), seasonal grocery lists, as well as a list of pantry, kitchen and cookware staples; and jars of homemade ghee and dosha-pacifying spice mix, and dosha-balancing tea blend. These appointments are conducted in the Asheville, North Carolina area.
